My Approach
I implement and integrate multiple evidence-based modalities and resources to best meet each individual where they are in their journey. I consider strengths and the core of your authentic self. As my practice has grown and pruned over the yeras, I have an eclectic mix of modalities and tools that allow me to be creative within the individual's comfortability to create lasting impact toward healing and growth. I am heavily informed by deep mind-body work, understanding of the nervous system, and think in terms of parts and systems as we explore context, patterns, and wounds.
About me
My undergraduate work in Counseling Psychology and Biblical Studies was completed at Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska. My graduate work in Clinical Mental Health Counseling was obtained at Denver Seminary in Littleton, Colorado. I am an independently licensed mental health practitioner in the state of Nebraska and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health.
