Welcoming a new life brings both anticipated joy and unexpected emotions or challenges.
Together, we create space for all of it.
Perinatal and postpartum work builds on the broader treatment framework while addressing the unique transitions of pregnancy and early motherhood (or fatherhood). We may explore birth and postpartum planning, boundary setting with extended family, shifting roles and expectations, and clearly identifying and communicating your needs. This is a season that can reveal if family dynamics and patterns are hindering or helping move toward legacy in a holistic and healthy way. We take a look at predispositions, patterns, and parts.

In the postpartum period, we focus intentionally on attunement, regulation, and co-regulation to support secure attachment. I also will empower you to explore, implement, and maintain a holistic postpartum care plan. For mothers experiencing dysphoric milk ejection reflex (D-MER), we integrate coping skills, nervous system regulation, somatic tracking, and cognitive restructuring to support breastfeeding and emotional well-being.
